Sweet May Moments

Once of my requests on Mothers Day was pictures with my boys. They spoiled me! I had a wonderful day filled with happy kids, amazing food and even a long nap! Can't keep Grayson from kissing Tolman. Better than fighting right?Strider even gave me a family photo. Thanks babe!

Tolman & Grayson

Strider has been having more time with us as his first year comes to a close. One month left! Here is a picture of him & Grayson at our "airplane park" playing ball.
Grayson loves to be outside. Lately he's been doing this and saying, "I'm stuck!"

4 Months

I know I know... I'm trying to catch up and I have almost 3x more posts in the past 4 days than I did last month! But it's unbelievable to me... Tolman is 4 months!!! So of course we took a few pictures... Grayson letting you know that his baby "butter" is 4 months.
Had to include this outtake... This is Tolman's usual smile that I don't catch on camera too often.
Big Boy!
Keep thinking they're going to have more fun as they get older, but they already are best buds. Tolman is rolling over and trying to scoot these days. He has started to move his back legs as if to push himself to crawl. His hands and upper body aren't quite strong enough for this to happen yet. I'm not ready either. Please stay little!
Playing with daddy and his military glasses. He only had these puppies on briefly!Love my baby boy. He has changed a lot this past month! He's had quite a few growth spurts, which means lots of eating and sleeping. I can't complain though he has officially been sleeping through the night too. Hooray! He usually sleeps from 8pm-6am.

Before, After & More...

First don't hate me! I think Grayson is so handsome. I love his hair. However, a very eager daddy was ready for a summer buzz cut... and I finally let him do it.
We had a lot of this during the cut...
And then of course the reward after. Nothing like a bath and a lollipop!
The final result. And the "glad that it's over" smile. And just because... I have no idea where this face came from? Grayson wasn't the only one who got a haircut this weekend. It was about time...
Decided to take off a few inches...
We're both sportin' the short cuts now.

Going to the Zoup

Nope, that's not a typo. That's what Grayson calls the Zoo- Zoup (like soup). Strider and I just don't want to correct it. He's quickly outgrowing it and we think it's cute.Smiling as people go by... then this is the one he gives me... Smiling with the turtles in the background.
Now some of the animals we saw... Lions with TONS of baby cubs. Grayson was in heaven, but didn't understand why they weren't growling at him.
In Grayson's words the scary alligator that went "snap snap".
The Giant Anteater carrying her baby on her back.
And last Grayson's favorite... the cheetah with zebras behind it.

Easter Extras

The Easter Bunny found Grayson this year! He was so excited. He left him a trail of eggs to find starting outside his door...
and down the stairs...
...to his Easter goodies!

Hooray!

He inspected all his treats. He LOVES candy!! Strider use to make himself sick every Easter eating all his candy. We can tell Grayson takes after him. We had to regulate. :)

I am a little behind on my blogging... I had to give a talk in sacrament meeting on Easter Sunday. I spent the majority of my computer time typing and researching for it. What an experience! It was challenging, but I loved it. It helped me really focus on what Easter is all about. I love my Savior. I'm grateful for His life and role in our Heavenly Father's plan. His atonement is such a wonderful blessing-It is meant for us now and eternally. I know He lives!

The Fort

Strider & Grayson built this one weekend and slept in it. It took up the majority of our family room. Strider said the next fort will include our air mattress though. Tolman slept through the night and so I enjoyed a peaceful night in bed. :)
